Needle felting is a process that uses a special barbed needle to repeatedly poke wool, gradually tightening and shaping the fibers into a firm, sculpted form. Every detail on this Santa—from his rosy cheeks to his boots and belt—was slowly built up using thousands of tiny needle strokes, giving him wonderful texture and personality.

This Santa is stuffed with alpaca fiber, which provides a soft yet sturdy core. His classic red suit, boots, and trim are made from an outer layer of wool that has been felted into place. His full, curly beard is crafted from Mohair fiber, including some sourced from Angora goats at Alpaca Meadows.
