Natural white mohair fiber from our Angora goat, Ike. This soft, lustrous mohair averages approximately 4 inches in length and is ideal for spinning, doll hair, felting, weaving, and textured fiber arts projects.
The fiber has been washed and carefully hand picked to remove most vegetable matter. Because the fiber is picked apart during cleaning, some of the original lock structure is opened up, resulting in a mix of defined curls and soft, fluffy fiber, as shown in the photos.

As a natural animal fiber that has been washed and hand processed, variation in lock structure, texture, and color is normal. Some fuzzing or a soft halo may occur during processing and shipping, and tiny bits of vegetable matter may remain.
Every effort is made to photograph the natural color accurately, though it may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
If the fiber becomes compressed during shipping, lightly mist with water and gently separate and fluff with your fingers.
Raised and hand processed at Alpaca Meadows in Mansfield, Ohio.
