Imagine enjoying a peaceful picnic surrounded by the beauty of the farm, with our alpacas grazing nearby. A Picnic With Alpacas at Alpaca Meadows is a relaxing way to spend time outdoors, enjoy the fresh country air, and watch these curious and charming animals in their pasture.

Bring your favorite picnic meal, along with a blanket or lawn chairs for comfortable seating. Don't forget your camera—you'll have plenty of opportunities to capture memorable photos during your visit!

Advance scheduling is required. Please contact us or call (419) 529-8152 before purchasing to arrange a date and time for your picnic. Once your visit has been scheduled, payment may be made here on our website or by phone.

In the event of bad weather, we'll do our best to reschedule your picnic. If that's not possible, we'll gladly issue a refund.

Add a Guided Farm Tour

Make the most of your visit by adding a Guided Farm Tour before or after your picnic.

During this fun and educational 30–45 minute tour, you'll meet our alpacas and other farm animals, learn about their care and personalities, discover how alpaca fiber is processed and used, and, depending on your group's interests, enjoy a carding or spinning demonstration.

Many guests choose to combine a Picnic With Alpacas and a Guided Farm Tour for a relaxing and memorable day on the farm. The two experiences may be scheduled separately or together.
