Needle felting is the process of using a single barbed needle to repeatedly poke natural fibers. The fibers interlock and compact, allowing you to create either flat designs or three-dimensional sculptures.
Class will begin at 1pm and finish about 4pm.
This class is designed for participants ages 16 and older. Youth ages 12–15 are welcome to attend when registered with an adult companion who is also enrolled in the class.
Needle Felting Kits, including a Santa Needle Felting Kit and other Felting Supplies are available for purchase if you’d like to continue creating at home. These also make thoughtful handmade gifts.
This workshop is part of our ongoing series of hands-on Fiber Arts Classes at Alpaca Meadows in Mansfield, Ohio. We offer small-group instruction in needle felting, wet felting, knitting, crochet, spinning, and seasonal creative projects throughout the year.
