In this class we will be wet felting wool roving around soap. Sometimes known as “soap in a coat”, the finished product is your soap and washcloth all in one. Felted soap will last longer, the soap won’t crack when it dries out, and the scum that soap normally sits in is eliminated. The felt around the soap also gently exfoliates your skin as you wash. Felted soap is also pretty to look at, makes great gifts, and is fun to make.

Alpaca fiber and three bars of Ivory soap will be provided for the class. Easy project for adults and children ... good clean fun!

Please bring a towel.
