For this crochet class, we'll be using our Paca Paints alpaca yarn. The color pictured is called Playful, but you may choose any of the Paca Paints colors, just click on the link to see them. The shawl pictured took two skeins of yarn. If you'd like to make a smaller shawlette, you can get by with just one skein.

This rectangular shaped wrap is called Virus Shawl because it has been such a popular pattern that went it first came out, it went viral. It's a beautiful lace design, and so fun to watch it grow. It is actually quite simple to work, even though it may look complicated. It is best suited for an advanced beginner to intermediate crocheter.

You will need a Size F – 5.0 mm crochet hook for this project, and a large eye needle for weaving in ends. If you wish, you may purchase these items here and I will have them for you when you come to class.
