Guided Farm Tours are available by appointment, Monday through Friday, from May through October. Tours last approximately 30–45 minutes and offer a fun, educational introduction to alpacas, their luxurious fiber, and life on our working farm.
You'll meet our alpacas and other farm animals, learn about their care and personalities, and discover how alpaca fiber is processed and used. Depending on the ages, interests, and size of your group, we're happy to include a carding or spinning demonstration.
Advance scheduling is required. Please contact us or call (419) 529-8152 before purchasing to arrange a date and time for your tour. Once your visit has been scheduled, payment may be made here on our website or by phone.
In the event of bad weather, we'll do our best to reschedule your tour. If that's not possible, we'll gladly issue a refund.
After your Guided Farm Tour, why not stay and enjoy a relaxing Picnic With Alpacas?
Bring your favorite picnic lunch, a blanket or lawn chairs, and unwind while watching our alpacas graze nearby. It's the perfect way to slow down, enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Alpaca Meadows, and create lasting memories with family and friends.
Many guests choose to combine a Guided Farm Tour with a Picnic With Alpacas for a relaxing and memorable day on the farm. The two experiences may be scheduled separately or together.
For additional information, photos, and other ways to enjoy your visit, see our Visit the Farm page.
Please dress for the weather and be prepared for uneven terrain and, depending on the season, possible muddy conditions. Our farm is not wheelchair accessible, and public restrooms are not available.
