This Suri alpaca fiber was grown by Miss Miami, who was 15 years old at the time of shearing. As a mature fleece, her fiber offers beautiful luster, strength, and character — ideal for projects that benefit from structure and shine.

Carefully skirted and prewashed, this fiber is ready to card, spin, or blend. Suri alpaca is known for producing silky yarn with natural sheen and graceful drape. Even a small percentage added to a blend enhances luster and durability.Suri locks may also be spun directly for textured yarns with wonderful movement.
