This cute pillow has a Christmas design needle felted onto the front of it. A jolly snowman with red scarf, top hat, and buttons down the front, sits under a gold star beside a decorated tree, and red bird at his side.

The pillow was made with diamond pattern upholstery fabric, and a coordinating fabric is used for the back. The pillow measures approximately 10" x 10" and is stuffed with alpaca fiber.

This felted pillow would make a unique Christmas decoration or a special gift for family or friend.

Needle felting is the process of repeatedly pushing a barbed needle into a tuft of fiber, agitating, compressing, and locking the fiber together into a more dense mass of fiber. The entire process involves many hours and lots of poking with a felting needle to shape and create the finished design. Each felted piece is a labor of love.
