Meet Lorelei — one of our Suri alpacas and wonderful mother, shorn this year at the age of 16. While her fiber may be considered of robust fineness due to her age, it still has some luster, lock structure, and unique texture that make Suri alpaca so special. Her locks of fiber average 4" in length. Each package contains 2 ounces of fiber.

Dyed using Gaywool dyes in an eye catching color called Cyclamen, this fiber brings natural vibrancy to any fiber art project. Soft, silky, and full of personality, each lock reflects Lorelei’s many seasons of grace on the farm.
